NON-VEGETARIAN CURRIES AND SIDES FOR PLAIN RICE

NON-VEGETARIAN CURRIES AND SIDES FOR PLAIN RICE

CATFISH CURRY (KAARI/ MUSHI MEEN CURRY) This dish compared to other fish curries is a little more spicier. The taste is at its best when it is spicy.

UNAKKA CHEMMEEN CHAMANTHI | DRIED PRAWNS CHUTNEY Dried Prawns Chutney also know at my house and in Kerala as Unakka Chemmeen Chamanthi is a delicious side dish that goes along with rice, boiled tapioca, colocasia, etc.

CHICKEN ROAST I always wanted my fried chicken to be well coated with all the masala and spices that steeps into the chicken. That is how I came about this recipe. Reviews for this roasted chicken was amazing.

PRAWNS CURRY WITH COCONUT MILK This is one of my favorite curry, the flavor and aroma of the prawns and coconut milk make this curry more delicious. In order to get a tangy taste, I always add raw mango slices to it.

SPINACH EGG STIR FRY (CHEERA MUTTA THORAN) This dish screams healthy because of its health benefits. It also has a lot of nutrients like Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Iron, Protein, calcium and many more.

MUSHROOM EGG (STIR FRY) THORAN RECIPE Every time I miss my mom, the first thing that comes to my mind is food. The most I miss is her mushroom egg thoran (mushroom and scrambles egg stir fry).

MEEN (FISH) CURRY(Kottayam Style) More than making keralite seafood curries in a nonstick pan, I love making them in a clay pot (meen chatti).
