INDIAN BREADS

INDIAN BREAD

One of the most popular North Indian dishes is Aloo Paratha (Potato stuffed paratha). This dish is prepared with stuffed potatoes and is very quick to make.

After all the mixing, rolling and flapping was done, I would like to let you know that this is very easy to make. We might not be able to make it like the pros (like many other dishes) but we can get really close to it.

Vellayappam is a breakfast dish that is most famous in Kerala and to all the malayalees. Kerala is a very small state in India, known for its huge varieties of delicious foods

SPINACH LAYERED PARATHA (PALAK PARATHA)
Spinach is a must eat for all the kids. Kids need this vegetable for a healthy growth. Since a lot of kids do not love spinach, this is a very good way to make sure they eat.

LAYERED CHAPATI
During my college years back in India, I had these group of friends who would regularly try to be on diet and the only thing they always ate was chapati. A small misconception that  we all have is,

PALAPPAM (KERALA STYLE LACED RICE PANCAKE)
Palappam is very soft at the center and crispy at the sides, a very delicious dish in Kerala, which is made from fermented rice and coconut milk.
