METHOD OF PREPARATION STEP BY STEP

1.Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of milk. Set aside for 10 minutes.

3.Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture. Mix well until gelatin dissolves completely.
4.Stir in vanilla extract. Strain it through a fine strainer to remove any undissolved particles and pour into lightly greased bowls (ramekins) or glasses. Let it cool completely in the room temperature. Then refrigerate for 4-5 hours/ overnight until it is firm.

5.Meanwhile to prepare the Strawberry sauce, rinse, pat dry, remove the leaves and chop the strawberries.
6.Puree it in a blender until smooth. Using a fine strainer, strain it to remove the seeds.
7.Pour the strained strawberry puree into a saucepan and add sugar and lemon juice. Heat it over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
You can add 1/2 tsp of cornflour mixed in a little water into this to thicken the sauce. Mix well. Set aside to cool completely. Then refrigerate until ready to serve.
