Previous Recipe: STRAWBERRY MILK

Jackfruit Fritters is another version of PAZHAM PORI/ BANANA FRITTERS (ETHAKKAPPAM). This snack is filled with a traditional fruit in India - Jackfruit. In Asia the season for this fruit is between one of the follow months, either March-June, April-September or June-August depending on the region. Around these months every home would have some kind of snack made out Jack fruit. It never get old, nor would we ever get bored eating this fruit. Around this fruit surrounded many of my childhood memories. I am sure there are many who can relate to this.

Notes:
If you do give this snack to kids, make sure to cut them into small pieces. This is because, as we all know jackfruit when cooked, the fruit will form sticky threads (it is not as bad as it sounds, but keep a look out when your kids eat this) that might get stuck in kids throat.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH TEA/ COFFEE
ENJOY!!!
