NETHOLI FRY (ANCHOVIES)

Previous Recipe: ASPARAGUS THORAN

Netholi fry is an easy to make fish fry. It is one of the smallest fishes that holds a lot of taste and at the same time health. I have heard a lot of doctors say, eat lots of fishes like sardines, netholi etc rather than big ones because they say it contains much more fat based nutrients, Omega 3 fatty acids and fat soluble vitamin D (which most of the people are deficient in). These benefits are very crucial for lowering the risk of many diseases.
