CREAMY GREEN SUPER SMOOTHIE

Healthy Drink! The fastest way to eat your vegetables is in a smoothie. Spinach and apple is one of the best simple combinations to gather vitamins together. Smooth and delicious Green Smoothie.


Take a look in your refrigerator and try to mix and match your vegetables with your green fruits. Some combinations might not taste good, but do drink them because they are healthy (my personal opinion). Eating and drinking green is a very good practice to follow daily. If you are not used to this at home, start today. Be the trend setter at your house. Are you a parent? If so, what better way to set an example. Are you someone whose family is not much into these choices? Well, it is time for you to step up and make a change.

INGREDIENTS

Serves: 
1-2 serves




  • Spinach                              - 1 cup
  • Avacado (peeled andsliced)           - 2 cups
  • Almond/ Coconut Milk/ Whole Milk     - 1 cup
  • Banana                               - 1 large
  • Almonds                              - 6-8
METHOD OF PREPARATION STEP BY STEP

1.Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2.Blend on high for 40-45 seconds or until smooth.

SERVE AS A HEALTHY DRINK
