HOMEMADE MANGO ICE CREAM (NO MACHINE)

Homemade Mango Ice-Cream! What more should I even say. One of my favorite fruit blended into an Ice-Cream. This is very simple and very delicious. All I tried was one scoop and I could not stop till I got more.

This homemade recipe is much better than the store bought because we do not have to add food coloring and second it is all about the satisfaction that we made it home.

INGREDIENTS

Prep Time: 20 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Total Time: 40-45 mins
Serves: 2-3

  • Mango Pulp                       - 20 oz/ 2.5                                      cups
  • Mango Puree                      - 1 cup
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk         - 4 oz
  • Whipping Cream                   - 1 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION STEP BY STEP

1.Peel the mangoes and chop them finely. Puree them in a blender/ mixer until smooth. Set aside.

2.Pour the whipping cream into the bowl and whip the cream with a hand mixer on medium speed until it forms firm peak.

3.Pour the condensed milk, mango puree and mango pulp into it and fold them very well.

4.Transfer this into a container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until it is firm.

5.Then take out the container from the freezer and beat with a hand mixer/ blend in a mixer or blender until smooth.
This is done so to make the Ice-Cream smoother. You can skip this step as this is optional.

6.Pour it back into the container. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze it for 2-4 hours or till it sets completely. Scoop out into a bowl and serve.

SERVE AFTER LUNCH OR DINNER
ENJOY!!!
