It was that time of the day to think of what fruit to eat or drink. After lots of requests from my family, I jumped online and the first fruit that I saw was blueberry. I turned around and looked at the Kitchen counter and couple of bananas caught my eye and that is how I got to this smoothie. What better drink than Blueberry banana smoothie. Blueberry is a healthy drink because it is filled with Vitamin C, Fiber and Antioxidants.

Here is a recommendation for you. Raid your refrigerator and take a look at some of the fruits you have, check if it is on the verge of getting bad soon, use those to make a drink, this way you will not being throwing it out. Try to make a smoothie or any healthy drink once a week to keep it different in your kitchen. Make one for breakfast and one after dinner. It will most definitely change your day.

This is yet another sweet, delicious and refreshing smoothie made in my kitchen. I have mentioned in one of my earlier posts that, fruits are one of the must have foods every day in my family. Instead of the usual apple, orange or the most common juices and smoothies, I try to mix and match between different fruits. This helps me to experiment and at the same time make sure my family stays healthy.
- Blueberry (Fresh/ Frozen) - 1 cup
- Banana - 2 medium
- Vanilla/ Greek Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION STEP BY STEP
1.In a blender combine blueberries.
POUR INTO GLASS AND SERVE
