CUPCAKE CHOCOLATE

I have been cooking all day to bring out new content and recipes to this blog. Since yesterday I have been thinking of what to write, how to write, what to cook, what to bake and how to interact with everyone. After cooking couple of dishes I have decided to go ahead and bake a cake for my satisfaction. It was time to change it up and get a sweet smell in the kitchen, away from all the spices.




I was told to write content that would engage my readers and bring forth content to AmmasKitchenDaily. So to start off let me tell you that I love to make and bake all kinds of sweets, and cook spicy Indian dishes.

Sweet and delicious is the best way to describe Chocolate Cupcake. Growing up I have always gone after cupcakes filled with chocolate. I still remember vividly going with my mom shopping and crying all the way home for sweets and cakes. Days like these I enjoy my good old days and baking is one way to remember them.

Let us go ahead and start making Chocolate Cupcake.

For the Chocolate Cupcake

METHOD OF PREPARATION STEP BY STEP

1.Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.

2.In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3.Add in eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Stir in Vanilla extract until well combined.

4. Add in flour mixture in three portions along with the butter milk and beat on medium until well blended.

5.Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, 3/4th full. Bake it at 350 degree F for 15-20 minutes or until the toothpick inserted at the center of the cupcake comes out clean.
Allow it to cool in the pan for few minutes. Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.


For the Frosting

METHOD OF PREPARATION STEP BY STEP

1.In a bowl, soften the cream cheese and butter by mixing with spatula. Then beat it with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

2.Scrape down from the sides of the bowl. Beat in whipping cream. Add Vanilla and beat until well combined. Add in powdered sugar and continue beating until it is smooth and in spreadable consistency.

4. Frost the cupcake using a piping bag or frost with a knife.


SERVE ONE TO EVERYONE WHO LOVES CUPCAKES
