BLUEBERRY MUFFIN




Delicious!!! After couple of tries, I have finally learned how to make Blueberry Muffin. If you follow the recipe ingredients and steps, then you will not have to give it couple of tries like I did. This is one of my favorite. The best way to describe this muffin is, bold, tasty, homemade and perfect. I would even go ahead and say this is amazing and much better than the ones from the store.

Trust me! You will really love this recipe more than me. Give it a try and you will have a wonderful breakfast for you and your family. I always say, when it comes to desserts, snacks, cakes and smoothies, it is always best to eat the ones made from home. Baking is all about utter love and happiness.

Let us go ahead and learn how to make Blueberry Muffins step by step.


METHOD OF PREPARATION STEP BY STEP


1.Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Beat sugar, butter and vegetable oil in a bowl for about 2 minutes

2.Add in eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add in flour mixture along with milk and combine well.


3.Add the berries to the batter and fold gently with a spatula. Keep it aside.

4.To make the crumb topping, combine the flour, sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Add in softened butter into the flour and mix with a fork or spoon. 

5.Scoop the batter into the greased muffin cups. Sprinkle this crumbs over the muffins.
6. Bake it for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven until lightly golden brown or if a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Run a knife around the edge of the muffin to free from the pan.

SERVE THE MUFFINS TO EVERYONE
