SIMPLE SPINACH (CHEERA) THORAN (STIR FRY)

Previous Recipe: METHI PULAO

Today I am going to prepare spinach thoran, a popular side dish traditionally made in Kerala. Spinach (cheera) thoran is my all time favorite side dish. This side dish is an easy and simple recipe to prepare and have a lot of nutrients like vitamin K, vitmin A, iron, minerals and antioxidants.
My dad used to grow all types of vegetables in our home backyard, mainly spinach. Compared to the store bought spinach, the home grown tastes much better.
