POMEGRANATE STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE | PINK LOVE



Pomegranate is a delicious and nutritious fruit that blends well with all the berries, pineapple, mango and other seasonal fruits.
Having a cup of any of these fresh fruit smoothie will refresh your body and help you to kick start your day better. Mixing the pomegranate into a smoothie is what I like the most, rather than eating the fruit by itself. 
Let get started on how to make Pomegranate Strawberry Smoothie (I call it the Pink Love) step by step.



Pomegranate helps you to strengthen your teeth enamel and at the same time the skin of the pomegranate is used to prepare some medicines in Ayurveda for stomach diseases. So adding pomegranate regularly into your diet makes you and your kids  extra healthy. I prefer home made smoothies and juices rather than pasteurized and preserved bottled juices from store. Home made smoothies and juices have great nutritional value and it is fresher. 
So let's get started on how to make pomegranate strawberry smoothie. Enjoy!!!!



RECIPE IN STEP BY STEP

1. Simply combine pomegranate, strawberries and yogurt in a blender or mixer. You can add any kind of yogurt to it.


2. Puree on high until smooth and creamy. If you want, you can add some water into it. I like thick smoothie, so i did not add any water. 


Pomegranate and strawberry smoothie is ready. 
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
