HOMEMADE FISH NUGGETS

When you can make delicious and crispy fish nuggets at home, why do you go buy frozen one's from store? This is a very simple recipe made using some basic spices and a few ingredients and is comparatively healthy than the frozen one's, since homemade.
This snack is a recommended food to be made during holiday times as kids would love and enjoy it.Trust me when I say, after you tried this recipe you will realize the difference between the fresh homemade nuggets vs the frozen ones in the store. I am positive your very first bite will never make you want to go back to the store to buy the frozen.

When you are having any kind of seafood snacks, it is best to have it with Tartar sauce, which can also be made at home very quickly.

Let's go ahead and prepare fish nuggets and tartar sauce step by step.
FISH NUGGETS RECIPE IN STEPS

1.In a bowl combine all purpose flour,1 pinch of black pepper powder, salt and beaten egg. Mix everything well to form semisolid batter by adding a little water at a time.

2.Marinate the fish with black pepper powder, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

3.Keep the marinated fish, batter and bread crumbs next to each other for the next step.
Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame.

4.Dip the fish slice in the batter. Then dredge in breadcrumbs and keep it on a plate.Do the same for all the fish slices.

5.When oil is hot, dip each of the pieces slowly into the oil.Flip the fishes in between as needed until both the sides are golden brown. As breadcrumbs are known to fry very quickly, it is always recommended to fry the nuggets on a low flame.
Once they are fried well, take the nuggets out from the oil and place in on a clean kitchen paper towel to soak up the excess oil.
