BEANS THORAN (stir fry)



Hi there,
Welcome back to AmmasKitchenDaily.
Well today I needed more side dishes for dinner and one of them is Beans thoran. This dish is a very simple and delicious side dish with rice and will be loved by everyone.
Let's get started on how to make beans thoran.




RECIPE IN STEP BY STEP

1.Wash the beans thoroughly and break off the ends (the top and tail). 

2.Cut the beans finely and grate the coconut. Then combine beans, sliced onion, minced garlic and green chilies and mixed well with your hands for best results or otherwise use spoon/ spatula for mixing.

3. Heat oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds. Add the beans-chilly-onion mix and saute it for few minutes. 

4.Add grated coconut, turmeric powder and salt and mix everything well. Sprinkle a little water and cover and cook for few minutes over a low flame. Stir occasionally.

5.Take off the lid and stir continuously to remove excess moisture. Remove from heat.

SERVE HOT WITH RICE AS SIDE DISH
