BANANA SMOOTHIE | CREAMY KICK STARTER




Banana is a delicious fruit that can go well with most of the fruits. Having a cup of banana smoothie in the morning will energize your body and mind and helps you to start your day better. Have banana smoothie before a strenuous workout to pack an energy punch, sustain your blood sugar and protect against muscle cramps during workout. 

I recommend to take bananas with flecks on the peel to make best smoothies.

METHOD OF PREPARATION IN STEP BY STEP

1.Pour all the ingredients into the blender.
